56T. Non-application of certain provisions of this Act to endowments.
- Except so far as is expressly provided in the provisions of this chapter, nothing in sections 18, 19, 20, 21, 44, 45, 46, 47, 47-A, 47-B, 50, [50-A] [These figures and letter were added by Gujarat 31 of 1964, Section 4.], 59, 66 and 67 shall apply to the endowments.
