Section 3 in The Punjab Local Authorities Laws (Exercise of Power) Act, 1953
3. Amendment of certain Acts.
- In relation to the enactments referred to in column I of the Schedule III of this Act, the provisions referred to in column 2 thereof shall be deemed to have been amended to the extent and in the manner indicated in column 3 thereof.
