Section 4(1) in The Maharashtra Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2010
(1)An application for maintenance under section 4 shall be filed in Form-A, by the persons mentioned in clauses (a) and (b) of the sub-section (1) of section 5.
