Section 14(1) in The Chhattisgarh Gram Nyayalaya Rules, 2001
(1)After ascertaining the facts of the case by examining the parties and their witnesses, inspection of the spot, if necessary, the Gram Nyayalaya shall record a brief order showing the grounds for its decision and communicate the decision to the applicant and non-applicant concerned. The signature or the thumb-marks of the parties present at the time of the decision shall also be obtained in the record substance of the order shall also be entered in the register for civil cases.
