Section 45(1) in The Andhra Pradesh State Agricultural Council Act, 2020
(1)Whenever it appears to the Government that the Council is not complying with any of the provisions of this Act, the Government may appoint a Commission consisting of three persons, two of whom shall be appointed by the Government, one being the Judge or retired Judge of High Court or District Judge and one named by the Council and refer to the Commission, the matter on which the enquiry is to be made.
