1. This is an application seeking the respondent to release the goods to the petitioner in terms of Section 19 of the Street Vendors Act, 2014.
2. Issue notice. Ms. Arora, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice.
3. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the goods of the petitioner shall be released in accordance with Section 19 of the Street Vendors Act and rules and procedures.
