Section 25(3) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(3)The application shall ordinarily be presented in the office of the Committee or at other centre during the office hours and on days prescribed for receipt of application. However any member of the Committee or any other organisation interested in the programme of free legal aid and advice may receive such an application and forward it to the Member-Secretary of the Committee.
