The applicant is challenging the letter No.HAD/5213 dated 20.08.2020 issued by the HRD Naval base Karwar (Annexure A12), inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to consider him for retrospective promotion from the date of eligibility in accordance with Rules, with all consequential benefits.
2. It is not in dispute that the issue involved in this OA is squarely covered by the decision taken in OA No.209/2021 dated 3 OA.No.170/00262/2021/CAT/BANGALORE 07.11.2022 in the case of Shashikant V Gunagi vs. Western Naval Command and others, whereby we have dismissed the application.
3. In view of the aforesaid, this application stands dismissed in terms of the order passed in OA No.209/2021.
No order as to costs.
