- The Selection Committee shall verify the academic records and eligibility of candidates on the basis of the list referred to in clause (a) of sub-rule (3) of Rule 14 or sub-rule (2) of Rule 15. After verification and determining the eligibility of candidates the Selection Committee shall forward the name of the candidates to the appointing authority.]
