It is contended that the cases of the petitioners are squarely covered by the judgment, dated 30th December, 2014, delivered by this Court in a batch of of writ petitions, CWP No. No. 9467 of 2014, titled Pratap Chand versus Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board rt and others, being the lead case.
2. In the given circumstances, we deem it proper to direct the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners, in terms of the judgment (supra) and make a decision within eight weeks. The said judgment shall form part of this judgment, also.
3. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly alongwith pending applications, if any.
