Section 6 in The University of Rajasthan (Amendment) Act, 1975
6. Repeal and saving.
(1)[The University of Rajasthan (Amendment) Ordinance, 1975] [Published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary, part IV-B, dated 10-7-1975, page 44.] is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done and action taken, under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act as amended by this Act.
