190. Inspection of Municipal water-works by persons appointed by [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws, Order, 1950.] Government.
- Any person appointed by the [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws, Order, 1950.] Government in this behalf shall at all reasonable times have liberty to enter upon and inspect any municipal water-works.
