Section 11(1) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(1)On or before the date appointed for the receipt of nomination papers, each candidate wishing to stand for election shall pay to the Returning officer of fee of one thousand rupees in cash or by Demand Draft payable to Registrar, Rajasthan State. Dental Council at Jaipur and no candidate shall be deemed to be duly nominated unless such fee has been paid.
