64. Delisting.
(1)In the event specified securities of the listed entity are delisted from the stock exchange, the listed entity shall comply with all the provisions in Chapter V of these regulations.(2)In the event that non-convertible debt securities and non-convertible redeemable preference shares' of the listed entity do not remain listed on the stock exchange, the listed entity shall comply with all the provisions in Chapter IV of these regulations.
