Section 9(a) in Telangana State District Mineral Foundation (Trust) Rules, 2015
(a)Five per cent of the total annual amount accrued to the Trust Fund shall be deposited in a Nationalized Bank for future use, when once the mining activity ceases in the affected areas, for mitigation of post- mining affects.(i)This amount must be strictly used towards the objective as stipulated herein or as well for emergency situations, such as natural calamities as may be considered necessary.(ii)The utility of the amount shall be subject to approval of the Governing Council on proposals from the Managing Committee.
