Section 45(b) in The Delhi Vidyut Board Rules, 1997
(b)in case of mortgages-(i)the names, address and descriptions of the parties to each mortgage, the number and the date thereof, the amount for which the same is granted and particulars of the property mortgaged; and(ii)the date of registration of each mortgage and the date on which the same is paid off.
