Section 14(1) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
(1)If a licence is lost, destroyed, torn, defaced or otherwise becomes illegible, the duplicate licence shall be issued on payment of a fee of rupees twenty-five which shall be deposited through challan in Treasury under "Head" specified in sub-rule (3) of Rule 5.
