Learned counsel for appearing respondents, under instructions, seeks time to supply Original Degree, No Dues Certificate and Transcript of Academic Record, corrected in terms of order dated 22nd December, 2020 on 02.01.2021 in the Court.
In turn, petitioner has offered to leave his claim on the security deposited by him with the University at the time of admission.
In view of above, adjourned for compliance/ consideration on 02.01.2021.
