Section 1 in Bihar Drivers (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2005
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Bihar Drivers (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2005.(2)It extends to the Secretariat Departments, attached offices and muffasil offices at different levels of the State Government.(3)It shall come into force at once.
