1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Unauthorized Institutions and Unauthorized Courses of Study in Agriculture, Animal and Fishery Sciences, Health Sciences, Higher, Technical and Vocational Education (Prohibition) Act, 2013,(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th July 2013.
