Section 89 in Kerala Irrigation and Water Conservation Act, 2003
89. Decision on disputes.
- If any dispute arises as to whether any work is an irrigation work for the purposes of this Act, the dispute shall be referred to the Government for decision, and the decision of the Government thereon shall be final.
