Section 117(1) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(1)If the production of a Register book in any Court is required, it shall be so produced by an officer of the registration establishment deputed for that purpose and the fee for inspection as per the table of fees should be levied by the Court from the party at whole instance the register is called for.
