Section 22(2) in Punjab State Veterinary Council Rules, 1997
(2)The Registrar shall invite the members of the Punjab Council present at that meeting to make their nominations for the office of President of the Punjab Council. Each nomination shall be supported by another member of the Punjab Council present at that meeting as the seconder :Provided that no member of the Punjab Council shall nominate or second more than one member of the Punjab Council for the Presidentship.
