Section 24(2) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(2)In the case of a child under two years of age, who is medically unfit, the person or the organization shall send a written report along with the photograph of the child to the Committee within twenty-four hours and produce the child before the Committee as soon as the child is medically fit along with a medical certificate to that effect.
