(2)Such application may be presented by the applicant himself or by his agent, duly authorised by him in writing. The applicant and the opposite party may be represented by agent duly authorised in writing :Provided that if the person representing a party is a legal practitioner and holds a Vakalatnama from the party on his behalf, on separate authorisation shall be necessary. Such Vakalatnama may, however, be cancelled on a prayer of the party.
