Section 14 in THE TELANGANA STATE BUILDING PERMISSION APPROVAL AND SELF CERTIFICATION SYSTEM (TS-bPASS) ACT, 2020
14. Self-Certification.
(1)Every applicant shall furnish a ‘Self-Certification’ at the time of submitting application form to the Competent Authority, undertaking in such form and manner as may be prescribed, that he shall comply with the applicable provisions of the relevant Acts and the rules made there under.(2)The self-certification furnished by the applicant shall be accepted by the concerned Departments and Authorities for the purpose of issue and granting clearance/ permissions.
