Section 2(i) in The Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1958
(i)"State Board" means the [Tamil Nadu State Bhoodan Yagna Board] [Substituted for the expression 'Madras State Bhoodan Yagna Board' by paragraph 3(1) of, and the Schedule to, the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1970, which was deemed to have come into force on the 14th January 1969.] established under section 3.
