Section 1(3) in Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Act, 1966
(3)This Act except Chapter VII shall come into force at once; Chapter VII shall come into force in such area and from such [date] [See the notification at the end of the Act] as the State Government may, from time to time, by notification, specify in this behalf.
