Section 3(ii) in THE REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023
(ii)clause (b) shall be re-numbered as clause (ba) thereof, and before clause (ba) as so re-numbered, the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—(b) “database” means the organised collection of data, generally stored and accessed in electronic form from a computer network;
