Section 256(1) in Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1990
(1)The High Court will inspect Courts of Sessions, atleast once in 3 years. At the time of inspection of the Court of Session, the inspecting Judge may, in his discretion, inspect, any of the local Subordinate Courts also.
