Section 63(iii) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(iii)Each Sub-Committee shall maintain a minute book of its proceeding and the Secretary shall take part in it as member and be responsible for writing of the proceedings of the meeting held by the Sub-Committee.
