Section 29(1) in The Calcutta Improvement Act, 1911
(1)The Chairman shall forward to the [State Government] [Words substituted by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] a copy of the minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Board, within ten days from the date on which the minutes of the proceedings of such meeting were signed as prescribed in section 18, clause (h).
