Section 8 in Establishment of New Medical College, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity by a Medical College Regulations, 2019
8. Fee to be submitted along with application.
- An application alongwith all necessary documents to be submitted under regulation 4 shall be accompanied by the following non-refundable application fee by way of a demand draft or Online payment (National Electronic Funds Transfer /Real Time Gross Settlement) payable to the 'Central Council of Indian Medicine', New Delhi:-(a)to establish a medical college - rupees ten lakhs;(b)to open a new or higher course of study or training - rupees five lakhs per course per speciality;(c)to increase admission capacity -(i)for under-graduate course-rupees five lakhs;(ii)for post-graduate courses-rupees five lakhs per speciality.
