Section 8 in The U.P. Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education (Constitution, Powers and Duties of Committees and Sub-Committees) Regulations, 2012

(8)to recommend for formation of policy about establishing the examination centers, evaluation centers and collection centers :Provided that the Regional Joint Director of Education shall propose to establish examination Centers in the following manner through the sub-Committee constituted Under his Chairmanship :
(i)District Inspector of Schools of concerned district.
(ii)Regional Deputy Inspector of Sanskrit Schools, Further-Provided that District Inspector of Schools at District Level, above mentioned subcommittee constituted by the Regional Joint Director of Education shall be formed with the help of sub-committee as follows-
(i) District Inspector of Schools Chairman
(ii) One Senior Principal of Government Inter College of theDistrict Member
(iii) District Basic Education Officer Member
(iv) One senior Principal of Secondary Sanskrit School Member
Provided further that the Secretary of the Board shall have the power to change or constitute them or dissolve any examination centre, evaluation centre or collection centre as may be required under circumstances.
