70. Nomination for the office of the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson.
-A candidate for the office of the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson of a Municipality shall be proposed by one Councillor and seconded by another. The names of the candidates proposed and seconded shall be read out by the President of the meeting.
