Section 57(1) in Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2011
(1)Every recognized institution including permanently recognized institution shall furnish to the Registrar such reports, returns and other information as the Syndicate in consultation with Academic Council may require to judge the efficiency of the institution and the academic quality achieved.
