8. Monitoring of the consumer grievances by Forum.
(1)The Forum will keep a record of consumer grievances reported to it and the results thereof.(2)The Forum shall submit a report on the number of complaints received, redressed and pending, every month to the Commission for the period of 1st of the month to end of the calendar month and a copy shall also be-forwarded to the distribution licensee.
