49. The manner of publication of declaration.
- The Authority shall publish the declaration referred to under sub-section (2) of Section 92 in Form XI in two newspapers; one of which shall be of the official language of the State, widely in circulation in the area of the Scheme in addition to its publication in the Official Gazette of the Government of Punjab and the Authority shall cause copies of the declaration to be affixed at a conspicuous place in or near the area included in the development scheme and at the offices of the Authority, the local authority and the Deputy Commissioner in whose jurisdiction the area of the scheme wholly or partly falls.
