(2)The Commissioner shall provide suitable places for the exercise by washermen of their calling, and may require payment of such fees for the use of any such place as shall from time to time be determined by the Commissioner, with the approval of the Standing Committee.Maintenance and Regulation of Markets and Slaughter-Houses.
