Section 69 in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Act, 1949
69. Transfer of institutions and colleges and their properties to University.
- On the coming into force of this section, the colleges and institutions specified in Schedule II except the Medical College and in Schedule III except the Museum and the Baroda Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, respectively, and established and conducted by the Government immediately before the coming into force of this section and all rights, powers and privileges of the said colleges and institutions and all property, movable and immovable, thereof shall be transferred to and vest in the University and shall be applied to the objects and purposes for which the University is incorporated.
