Section 64(1) in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
(1)A mineral concession holder shall furnish -(a)all geophysical data relating to prospecting or mining fields or engineering and ground water surveys, such as anomaly maps, sections, plans, structures, contour maps, logging collected by him during the course of reconnaissance or prospecting or mining operations, to the Director General, Geological Survey of India, Calcutta and the Director of Geology and Mining of the State (by whatever name called) in which the reconnaissance or prospecting or mining operations are carried on.(b)all information pertaining to incidental investigations of atomic minerals discovered and stacked by him during the course of reconnaissance or prospecting or mining operations to the Director, Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research, Hyderabad, and to the Director of Geology and Mining of the State (by whatever name called), in which the reconnaissance or prospecting or mining operations are carried on.
