Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in
the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent police
authorities in interfering in a purely civil dispute relating to the suit schedule
property, despite the subsistence of ad-interim injunction orders passed by
the competent Civil Court, and in spite of the existence of standing crops in
the land S.No-141 as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and violative of

Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the
Respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the
petitioner and respondent Nos.4 to 7 in O.S. No.117 of 2021 on the file of the
Court of the Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Anantapuramu without
following due process of Law in the interest of justice.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased
pleased to direct the Respondent police authorities not to interfere with the
civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 to 7 in
O.S. No. 117 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the Principal Civil Judge
(Senior Division), Anantapuramu without following due process of Law
pending disposal of the above Writ Petition in the interest of justice.

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
".... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent police authorities in interfering in a purely civil dispute relating to the suit schedule property, despite the subsistence of ad-interim injunction orders passed by the competent Civil Court, and in spite of the existence of standing crops in the land S.No-141 as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 to 7 in O.S. No.117 of 2021 on the file of the Court of the Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Anantapuramu without following due process of Law in the interest of justice."
2. Heard Sri P Madhukar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a civil suit in OS No. 117 of 2021 on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Anantapuramu, .for permanent injunction and Court has granted Ad-interim Injunction in his favor on 13.08.2025 and he further 3 submits that let there be a direction to the respondent-police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties and no crime has been registered against the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
