11. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government, the Commission or any member thereof or any employee or person acting under the direction of the Government or the Commission, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or regulation, order or direction made or issued under this Act.
