Section 47 in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965
47. Pension, Insurance and provident fund.
- The University shall make such provisions for the benefit of its officers, teachers and other servants in such matters as insurance, pension, provident fund or other benifits as it may deem fit, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the statutes.
