Section 61(1) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
(1)The registered co-operative society in accordance with the provisions of Rules framed under this Act shall be affiliated to Bihar Cooperative Federation in such manner and on such condition as has been directed by the Rules for the purpose.
