The complainant Shri B. Anil Kumar preferred RTI request dated 16.04.2015
before the CPIO, United India Insurance Company Limited, Trivandrum. The CPIO did not
provide any reply.
2. Not being satisfied with the reply, the complainant preferred complaint before the
Commission.
3. The Commission has however, received a letter dated Nil of Shri B. Anil Kumar,
the complainant, from the respondent, stating that the claim referred under his RTI
application has been settled and finalized, therefore his complaint may be treated as withdrawn.
4. The complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
