Section 36(2) in The Karnataka Public Libraries Act, 1965
(2)(a)The Karnataka State Central Library shall be maintained as a reservoir of books and other materials for the proper functioning of the State Library system.(b)In addition to a general library, the State Central Library shall consist of the following sections namely.-(i)a State Bureau of Copyright Collections;(ii)a State Library for the Blind;(iii)a State Bureau of inter-library loans;(iv)a State Bibliographical Bureau;(v)a State Bureau of Technical Service;(vi)such other sections as may be prescribed.
