Facts:
1. In pursuance of Commission's order dated 16.11.2009 vide which the matter pertaining to RTI application dated 8.9.2009 preferred by Shri Ravi Kumar before the CPIO, CBSE, Delhi was remanded to the FAA with directions to decide the matter in accordance with the provisions of the RTI Act after giving all concerned parties and opportunity to be heard, accordingly the matter was heard by FAA and adjudicated upon vide FAAO dated 5.1.2010. The above orders however failed to satisfy the information needs of the appellant who preferred appeal before the Commission.
2. The matter was once again heard today. Both parties were present in person as above.
Decision
3. After hearing submissions by both parties and perusing the information provided by the Public Authority the Commission concludes that information had been provided to the applicant along with opportunity of inspection. The Commission notes that respondent has once again offered opportunity of inspection to the appellant and agreed to provide any further clarifications on the points incorporated in his RTI application. No further action is called for and the appeal is dismissed.
