                     ORAL ORDER

3 15-04-2015

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

By filing this application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR in Jandaha P.S. Case No.142 of 2012 registered under sections 341, 323 and 304B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
