Section 26(1) in The Punjab Industrial Facilitation Act, 2005
(1)The State Government may, with a view to facilitate the industrial investment in the State of Punjab, give concession to any industrial undertaking or group of industrial undertakings, subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed.
